By accessing Revival Studio's website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Revival Studio provides design and creative services including but not limited to:
Brand identity design
Web design and development
Digital marketing materials
UI/UX design
Consulting services
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate project information and requirements
Supply necessary materials and content in a timely manner
Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
Pay invoices according to agreed terms
Respect intellectual property rights
Payment Terms
Project quotes are valid for 30 days
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
Final payment is due upon project completion
Late payments may incur additional fees
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Intellectual Property
Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive agreed-upon usage rights
Revival Studio retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio
Source files and working materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed
Third-party assets (fonts, stock images) are licensed separately
Revisions
Project quotes include a specified number of revision rounds
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately
Significant scope changes may require a new proposal
Project Timeline
Timelines are estimates based on client cooperation
Delays caused by client inaction may extend deadlines
We reserve the right to pause projects with outstanding payments
Rush projects may incur additional fees
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
Keep sensitive information confidential
Not disclose proprietary business information
Use confidential information only for project purposes
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice:
Client termination: Payment due for completed work
Revival termination: Refund of unused deposit portion
All materials remain Revival property until final payment
Limitation of Liability
Revival Studio is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business opportunities
Third-party service failures
Force majeure events
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
Warranties
We warrant that:
Work will be performed professionally
Deliverables will match agreed specifications
We have rights to deliver promised services
We do not warrant:
Specific business results or outcomes
Third-party service performance
Compatibility with all platforms/browsers without testing
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Revival Studio against claims arising from:
Client-provided content or materials
Misuse of our deliverables
Violation of third-party rights
Breach of these terms
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
Modify service offerings
Update pricing for new projects
Refuse service to any client
Update these terms with notice
Dispute Resolution
Good faith negotiation is the first step
Mediation may be pursued before litigation

Legal fees may be recovered by the prevailing party
General Provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement
